Springfield Chamber of Commerce
The Springfield Chamber
was organized in June 1997 and has grown to
include the Municipality and the Board of
Education and many of the businesses in
Springfield. Each year the Chamber sponsors the
Spring and Fall Street Fairs, the Halloween
Parade, and the Beautification of Springfield.
In addition, each year the Springfield Chamber
recognizes area businesses at their Annual
Awards Dinner and gives away several
scholarships to graduating seniors of Jonathon
Dayton High School. The Springfield Chamber of
Commerce meets on the fourth Thursday of every
month.
The Summer of 2005 was busy for the Springfield
Chamber as the following events took place within a
month of each other: 225 Anniversary of the
Battle of Springfield included a Battle
re-enactment held at Jonathon Dayton High School the
on June 25th and 26th, which
also incorporated the Fourth of July fireworks and
parade.

The Springfield
Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present
The Springfield
Patriot,
a monthly publication
mailed to all Springfield businesses and households.
