Local & County Affairs Committee

The Local & County Affairs Committee provides a forum to facilitate communication and cooperation between the business community and local and county government on issues of mutual interest.  The Committee meets on the second Friday of each month and is hosted by a different mayor.  Attending members of these meetings give County and Town reports.  If you’re interested in what’s going on in Union County or want to establish a relationship with a municipality, these meetings are for you.  For more information, please call Helen Durish at 908-352-0900.

The Honorable Sharon Robinson-Briggs, Mayor of Plainfield, discusses with the Local & County Affairs Committee all of the work she has done in revitalizing the city.
